Over the past 20 years, my clinical approach has evolved to provide each of my patients a unique integration of Traditional Naturopathic and certified Functional Medicine. This approach truly integrates the important aspects of Lifestyle & Self-care, Body-Mind, Diet and Nutrition, and Exercise/Movement with gentle yet powerful therapeutics to provide a health solution that is individualized to you and what you need to move your health forward.
My clinical focus and expertise lie in helping people navigate the path of complex chronic illness, and come to live a magnificent life, despite a diagnosis. While I continue to be committed general practitioner, my work has come to focus on:
Multiple Sclerosis and associated illness.
Autoimmune conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Psoriasis, Celiac and Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.\
Chronic Infections such as Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, and other bacterial and viral infections such as blastocystis hominis, Epstein Barr, Human Herpes Virus, Coxsackie etc.
Challenging and unresponsive digestive and hormonal conditions.
Unusual/undiagnosed Autoimmune conditions or conditions that have here-to-fore been unresponsive to treatment.

**This is journey to optimum health and as such, each step contributes to building a foundation for lasting change. In the beginning there is a significant information exchange; me, learning all about you and you, learning and integrating information to change your health. In regular follow-up visits we continue to build, restore and correct your systems and navigate the journey.
Over time, it is my objective to gradually shift your ability to self-assess and respond so that, like many people I have worked with for years, we now meet just several times a year to keep on track.
